Since the beginning of my journey, I've been obsessed with abs. I've always seen it as the ultimate goal, but as I started this hybrid I came to realise this obsession was unhealthy and decided to try and put it far away in the back of my mind.
My main goals for this hybrid were to get leaner and more defined. By doing so, the abs would really appear. So far I'm on track.
I'm really excited at the results so far. And from past experience, phase 3 is where you really bring it and see the best results.
